Welcome to MB1

MB1 was founded in 2011 to provide expert  consulting services for the entire spectrum of clients  with interests in land use planning and  development, including the following practice areas:  Land Use Planning and Development Approvals;  Expert Witness and Representation; Land Use  Planning Reports and Analysis; and Committee of  Adjustment Approvals and Representation. Clients  include municipalities, builders/developers,  landowners, members of the public and other  interested parties. Our project experience covers  residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial and  institutional projects of various size and scale.
