MB1 Development Consulting Inc. was founded in 2011 to offer a full range of land use planning and development consulting services to clients with interests in all aspects of the land use planning and development process.

Michael Barton is the founder and president of MB1. Michael has over 20 years of experience in land use planning and development and has been qualified as an expert in land use planning and urban design by the Ontario Land Tribunal. Michael has also been qualified as an expert in land use planning by the Toronto Local Appeal Body and Ontario Court System.
